I founded FC&W in Freeport in 2004 and have operated it since that date. Please stop in and say "hello."
We are open year round:- Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
- Sunday, noon - 5 PM
Freeport Cheese and Wine sells distinctive and high quality wine, cheese, beer, and specialty food items. When possible, we carry products made in Maine. We stock and sell only those products that we've tasted and that we want to drink and eat:
- Wines that are good value for the price
- Premium beers from top micro-breweries
- Domestic and international cheeses, pates, and salamis
- Specialty foods: crackers, sauces, marinades, coffee, tea, etc.
Previously we were located on Bow Street, but in 2009, FC&W moved to a location with door-side parking: 178 Lower Main Street (US 1).
