Our cheese case is filled with top examples of artisanal cheeses of all types, including soft, hard, mild, sharp, double and triple cream, and blue vein. Some are made with cows’ milk, others with milk from sheep and goats. We have cheeses from small producers in Maine and elsewhere in the USA, and from cheesemakers around the world.
